1. Who these terms are between. These terms are between you (or the business you represent) and ZOVA Group, the Bangladesh-based team building Biznex and the rest of the ZOVA product ecosystem.
2. The software. Biznex is provided as-is, under active development. We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or available without interruption. Since Biznex is local-first, your business data stays usable on your device even if our servers are briefly unavailable.
3. Your account. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Your data. You own the business data you enter into Biznex. We store it to provide the service (sync, backup, multi-device access) and don't use it for anything else. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
5. Acceptable use. Don't use Biznex to break the law, attempt to access other businesses' data, or interfere with the service for other users.
6. Pricing & plans. Current plans and pricing are listed on the Biznex pricing page. We'll give reasonable notice before changing prices for existing customers.
7. Changes to these terms. As Biznex and the rest of ZOVA are still being built, these terms will evolve. We'll update the date at the top of this page when they do.
